Students practiced graphing lines in slope-intercept form. Different types of lines with positive, negative, zero, and undefined slopes were plotted on graph paper. The outcome of correctly graphed lines created a “stained glass window” which was colored for a fun art-math activity by grade 8 students.
Our grade 5 students recognize various 3D shapes and constructed 3D shapes through a hands-on activity using 2-D shapes.
