    About Teachers

Our teachers hold advanced degrees in education or their specific subject areas, along with international teaching certifications equivalent. They also have substantial experience in bilingual or multicultural educational environments. Majority of them have minimum 5 years’ experience.

While we do not exclusively hire native speakers, all of our English language teachers have achieved an IELTS band score of 6 and above, ensuring a high level of proficiency in English. This enables them to provide effective instruction and support to students in a bilingual learning environment, fostering language acquisition and fluency.

Based on the grade level we maintain the recommended student-to-teacher ratio based on age group. This allows our teachers to provide individualized attention and tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of each student.

    1. Preschool (Ages 3-5)                       Ratio: 10:1 to 12:1
    2. Kindergarten                                   Ratio: 12:1 to 18:1
    3. Elementary School (Grades 1-5)       Ratio: 15:1 to 20:1
    4. Middle School (Grades 6-8)              Ratio: 20:1 to 25:1
    5. Secondary School (Grades 9-12)      Ratio: 20:1 to 30:1

Teacher performance is evaluated through a combination of classroom observations, peer reviews, student assessments, and self-reflections. This holistic approach helps in identifying areas for growth and acknowledges excellence in teaching.

Absolutely! We encourage regular communication between parents and teachers through scheduled conferences, email, and our parent portal. Open dialogue is essential for the success of our students.

Our philosophy emphasizes inquiry-based, student-centered learning that fosters critical thinking and multicultural understanding. We believe in nurturing lifelong learners who appreciate and respect diversity.

Our teachers are trained in differentiated instruction techniques, allowing them to adapt lessons for different learning styles and abilities. Additionally, we have support staff and resources to assist students with special educational needs.
