Welcome to Modern Generation Private school
MGPS was established on 1st August 2012 in Mabellah South, Muscat. We uphold our 10-year progress and success focus on universal values, ethics, discipline, creativity and personality development in the initial years before shifting to academic achievement, leadership and entrepreneurial skills, and vocational and career progression key competencies during the secondary and high school years. MGPS is a Cambridge International School, registered in 2022, to offer education programmes from Cambridge Assessment International Education, part of the University of Cambridge.
We are proud to be part of the world’s largest international community of schools, preparing students for life with Cambridge qualifications that universities and employers worldwide value. As a Cambridge International School, we offer the Cambridge Pathway for students aged 5 to 15, along with the Bilingual curriculum. Grades 11 & 12 have the MOE, G Ed curriculum.
The Cambridge Pathway gives students a clear path to educational success. We realize that success in the contemporary world relies not just on cognizance but also on creativity, entrepreneurship and the ability to explore. We shape its curriculum around how our students learn – with a wide range of subjects and flexible ways to offer them. Our Staffs
Here at MGPS, all of our staff form part of our family. The school has a fantastic staff body aiming to ensure that every student achieves more than they thought possible and is equipped for life in the 21st century. Our teachers respond to every student’s strengths and areas of development to ensure they can overcome every challenge. We nurture essential skills to equip children to succeed in all aspects of their formative years. Our Sessions
We strongly believe that each student can make a positive handout in their fashion. Students are encouraged to adopt a rich moral code and seize all MGPS offers to nurture a strong character. Student Strength
Learning, we believe, is an interactive and evolving process.
- For Kindergarten classes, the student capacity is up to 18 students per class. A class teacher and a dedicated nanny are assigned for every KG class.
- For Primary grades – the student capacity is up to 20 students per class.
