Swimming Pool Facility
Swimming is more than just a sport, it is a fundamental life skill that we all have to learn. In fact, our prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) said: “Teach your children swimming, archery and horse riding”.
Adding a swimming pool to our infrastructure gives us the opportunity to allow our students to gain access to all the benefits of swimming. Not only does it develop their physical fitness but also improves their mental and emotional health. This supports the MGPS belief of holistic development of our students.
Apart from physical education, through swimming we instil in our students qualities like self-discipline, self-confidence and time management. Also, let’s not forget that swimming is FUN, and we all would love some SPLISH SPLASH!
MGPS swimming pool facility is designed to meet the health and safety requirements from the Ministry of Education. It is highly maintained in regards to its cleanliness and proper water chemistry levels for optimal swimming pool functionality at all times. Students will be under the care of qualified swimming instructors who follow the MGPS swimming pool rules and ensure the best swimming experience.
Math Centre
Mathematics is a tool for everyday life, and it is a whole network of concepts and relationships which provide a way of viewing and making sense of the world. At Modern Generation Private School, we follow a mastery approach to the teaching and learning of mathematics. Mastery is a journey and a long-term goal achieved through exploration, clarification, practice, and application. At each stage of learning, teachers aim to support our students to demonstrate a deep, conceptual understanding of topics and develop the ability to build on this over time.
